But a WhatsApp Business number lives on one phone, while the work is shared by a whole team. Chats get answered twice or not at all, promises like “will check and update you” are forgotten, and someone keeps switching to Shopify to find an order.
oneCommerce fixes that with one shared inbox for the number you already have. Every chat has an owner, nobody waits unnoticed, and a customer’s Shopify orders sit right next to their chat. It is built for how Indian shops actually sell: prices in rupees, Razorpay, UPI, courier tracking, reseller groups and hand-held phones.
Who is behind it
I’m Pratik Pai, a serial entrepreneur from Mumbai. Across the businesses I have built, one thing has stayed the same: I look for the places where people and teams lose time, and I fix them. When good people stop fighting their tools, the same team gets more done, customers get faster answers, and sales go up.
oneCommerce comes straight from that. On a shared WhatsApp phone, a capable team wastes hours every day: passing the phone around, asking who replied, searching Shopify for an order, typing the same product link again and again. Take that friction away and replies get faster, promises get kept, and more chats turn into orders.

How we work
- Only what exists. This website describes features that are in the inbox today, nothing that is “coming soon”.
- Your number stays safe. No bulk sending, replies only to people who wrote first, one message at a time.
- Your data stays yours. A separate inbox for every business, and your data deleted within 30 days if you leave.
- Plain prices. One price per business, no per-message fees, change or cancel any time.
