Acceptable Use Policy
In short: use oneCommerce to answer your customers, not to spam people. Only reply to people who message you first, follow WhatsApp's rules, and keep it legal.
1. Messaging on WhatsApp
- Use the inbox to talk with people who contacted your business first.
- No bulk, broadcast or unsolicited marketing messages, and no trying to get round the inbox's built-in gap between messages.
- Follow WhatsApp's Business Terms and Commerce Policy, including its list of products that may not be sold on WhatsApp.
- Stop messaging anyone who asks you to stop.
2. Content and conduct
Do not use oneCommerce to send or store anything illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit; to phish, scam or impersonate anyone; to share someone's personal data without a lawful reason; or to infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks.
3. Security and fair use
- Don't share logins outside your team or with people who have left.
- Don't try to access another business's inbox, test our security without written permission, or overload the service.
- Don't copy, resell or rent out the service without our written agreement.
4. If this policy is broken
We may warn you, pause features, suspend the inbox or end the service, depending on how serious it is. Where the law requires, we will report illegal use to the authorities. If you see misuse, tell us at support@onecommerce.tech.
